Fermentation process increases the amino acid profile of soybean meals.Golden Protein contains probiotics like Lactobacilli that can increase the immunity level of the young animals. After fermentation, the protein digestibility of Golden Protein is increased to 92% (dry based) because protein is already broken down to smaller peptides by the bacteria.
